Rotherham United are back in action at home this evening when they welcome Hull City to the New York Stadium.

Sitting at the bottom of the Championship the Millers will be wanting to get all three points this evening against a Tigers side who are just two places below a play-off place.

The Millers come into this on the back of a three-nil loss at the weekend away at Elland Road while City lost one-nil at home to an eleventh minute Swansea goal.

City’s last away win was in mid-December at the Riverside against Middlesbrough while Rotherham’s last home win was on Boxing Day (also) against Middlesbrough.

‘Hull are having an excellent season,’ Rotherham’s Head Coach Leam Richardson told the Official Site. ‘We’ve got a game to go straight into after the Leeds game and we want to go out there and put on a really positive performance. We’re in a fight and we’re not going to give it up, that’s certainly not in my nature and it isn’t in the player’s either.’

Sean Morrison is the only new injury doubt for the Millers. Maybe all the late January signings will have some game time tonight? Cameron Humphreys was able to come off the bench on Saturday after a long lay off and it seems likely he will get more minutes, though, it might be a bit early in his recovery for him to start.

Hull Manager Liam Rosenior told their Official Site that he has to pick a strong team for this game, saying, ‘we’re delighted the game is on Tuesday because we have to focus and bounce back .'(from the loss at home to Swansea)

Lewie Coyle is doubtful after ‘feeling his hamstring’ during the game at the weekend with Liam Delap definitely out with a knee problem.

The referee for this game is Lancashire’s Leigh Doughty.
