Hakeem ‘Buzzing’ To Get Going

Rotherham United’s new signing Hakeem Odoffin says it ‘feels great’ to be a Miller.

Speaking to iFollow after putting pen to paper today the twenty-three year old said that Paul Warne and the coaching staff had a huge part to play in him coming to the New York Stadium.

‘I’m buzzing to get going,’ the defender said, ‘it’s going to be a great experience.’

Asked what he will bring to Rotherham, Hakeem replied, ‘I’ve played at right-back, at centre-back and last season I played most of the time at centre-mid which I really enjoyed. But wherever the Gaffer wants to put me I will give one hundred per cent.’
Ed Note – maybe he shouldn’t say ‘I’ll play wherever’ too loudly…!

Well we’ve been waiting a while for this signing, whether we will see him from the off on Saturday or coming off the bench or not at all, we will have to wait and see.
