Rotherham United striker Conor Washington has left the club to join Derby County for an undisclosed fee – subject to ratification from the EFL and FA.

Northern Ireland international Conor joined the Millers signing a two year deal after his contract with Charlton Athletic expired in May 2022 after having had previous league experience with Peterborough United, Queens Park Rangers and Sheffield United as well as Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian.

In his thirty-seven appearances for Rotherham, the thirty-one year old found the net six times, his first goal coming in our four-nil win over Reading in August and his last in January again in a four-nil win, this time over Blackburn Rovers.

All at Vital Rotherham wish Conor ‘all the best’ in his future away from the Millers.
