RIP Neil Hague

|

It’s with sadness that we have to say Rest In Peace to former Miller Neil Hague.

A local lad, born in Thurcroft, defender/midfielder Neil joined his boyhood club in 1967 and went on to make around one hundred and fifty appearance in a Rotherham shirt before joining Plymouth Argyle in 1971. He then went on to play for Bournemouth, Huddersfield Town and Darlington and was due to go and play in the USA for Phoenix Fire but they folded prior to him going.

Staying in America he ran soccer camps in California before returning to England firstly starting a building firm in South Yorkshire before moving back to Plymouth where he set up a property development company.

All at Vital Rotherham send out condolences to Neil’s family and friends at this sad time.
