Rotherham United make the trip to West Yorkshire on Saturday when they take on Huddersfield Town at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The Millers last game before the international break saw them take on, and beat, Norwich City at the New York Stadium while Huddersfield travelled to the Hawthorns where they came away with all three points from a two-one win over West Bromwich Albion.

A win for both teams on four points and saw them move that little bit further away from the relegation zone, Town coming into this game in twenty-first place and the Millers one place above with a little better goal average. Winning their last games should mean that both sides come into the game with confidence.

Former Miller and now Terries Boss Neil Warnock spoke to their Official Site that he doesn’t think anyone is fitter than his Huddersfield side at the moment. Talking about his time at Rotherham, Neil said, ‘It’s a special place. I played there as a youngster at the old ground and I get on really well with Tony Stewart who is a great chairman. Like here it’s a type of club I love. We know Saturday will be a battle and Rotherham are capable of beating anybody but so are we.’

After coming through a ‘B’ game, playing as an overage player, Tom Lees suffered no ill effects and will probably be in the squad for this game. It’s almost certain that Rotherham born Ben Wiles, who joined Huddersfield last month, will play while Sorba Thomas has overcome a knock.

Millers Manager Matt Taylor told the Offiicial Site that this was a ‘great game to get our teeth into’ saying, ‘They (Huddersfield) are a strong team with some good players and an experienced manager. “There is a lot on this game, we understand where we both are in the league, it’s one to look forward to and we are looking forward to seeing Ben Wiles.’

After being sidelined with a knee injury since mid-August forward Georgie Kelly is looking likely to be in the travelling squad. It’s also looking good for Hakeem Odoffin who limped off ten minutes after scoring at Sunderland but could also be ready for Saturday. Dexter Lembikisa should also play while Sebastian Revan could make his debut for the Millers.

The referee for this game is Jeremy Simpson from Lancashire.
