Rotherham United travel to the Coventry Building Society Stadium tonight to take on Coventry City with the Millers in twelfth place and the Sky Blues fighting their way out of the relegation places.

City come into this game on the back of three wins, two away and the one at home against much fancied for promotion Sheffield United. The Millers were on the wrong end of a four-two loss at home to Hull City on Saturday while the last away game was a narrow win over Stoke City.

Sky Blues Manager Mark Robins told their Official Site that he expects Rotherham to be ‘up for it this evening’ saying, ‘they are hungry and eager and it will be a tough game but one we look forward to playing.

Ben Sheaf comes back into contention after suspension for the hosts but long term injured striker Matt Godden will be missing. More good news for City is that Callum O’Hare is back in training and could make tonight’s squad.

Millers Manager Matt Taylor told iFollow that they have put Saturday behind them saying, ‘We all had heavy heads on Saturday night and Sunday watching the game back and although we had no control over the ninety minutes we still managed to score two goals.

‘Coventry are the in-form team who haven’t played as many games as anyone else. They look strong in all areas, they have a consistency to their group with a manager that has been there for a long time and they understand what it takes to be successful. But, as always, we will focus on ourselves and we want another positive away performance.’

Chieo Ogbene will be missing for the visitors with a hamstring injury. Ollie Rathbone and Ben Wiles have niggles and could miss out and Peter Kioso, suffering an ankle problem, probably needs another week. This game could also be too early for Tojali Bola who has only just come back into training. As for who might start the game I think it depends on who is the fittest.

Tonight’s Referee is Hampshire’s Andy Davies.
