Rotherham United go to Northampton this afternoon hoping to put the last two results behind them.
The Cobblers sit just above the relegation zone, a point above Fleetwood who have a game in hand while Rotherham are sixteen places above them hoping to cement a place in the play-offs.
The Millers last away game was last Tuesday when they took an early lead but ended up on the wrong side of a three-two score line. Northampton’s last home game was goalless when Oxford were at the Sixfields.

Paul Warne – Northampton are defensively really sound and work really hard out of possession. I think it will be a tough game with few chances

Matt Crooks will be missing due to suspension and Aaron Pierre and Aaron Phillips are both out injured. After having a knee injury Kevin van Veen could be back in the match day squad.

After making a couple of changes for Tuesday’s game Paul Warne could go back to the eleven who won seven games in a trot before the blip last weekend. But Jon Taylor (who scored on Tuesday night), Matty Palmer and Ryan Williams are all vying for a start. Joe Mattock is a slight doubt ahead of this game.
