Millers To Take On Dale In Friendly

Rotherham United have announced that they will be playing a pre-season friendly game against Rochdale at their Crown Oil Arena Stadium.

The Millers were last in Rochdale for a League One game in March 2020 which saw former Miller loanee Ian Henderson put the Dale two up while Matthew Lund scored a third. Rotherham did score late on thank with Jamie Lindsay getting the consolation goal.

Rochdale, like the Millers, saw relegation at the end of last season seeing them finish in twenty-first place with forty-seven points.

The game will take place on Tuesday, 20th July when it is a 7pm kick-off.
