The Millers entertain bottom placed Mansfield Town tomorrow at Millmoor and hope to get back to winning ways at home. Mansfield come tomorrow with their own problems – a fans’ pressure group are demanding the sacking of managing director, Keith Haslam as well as boardroom squabbles.

Vital Quotes:

The Millers beat the Stags recently at Field Mill in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy but manager, Mark Robins says ‘they had a lot of players missing that night’ and he also says not to take much notice of the league table at the moment, ‘Billy Dearden is a great footballing man, he’s been in the game a long time and is nobody’s fool.’

Big Millers fan, Matty Hamshaw, will be playing against the team of his boyhood tomorrow and says, ‘It should be a good day out and Millmoor would be a good place to start our revival. Rotherham have got experienced players and Mark Robins has done well turning it round but the best move he made was fetching John Breckin back. I’m surprised they aren’t in the top three already.’

Millers Team News:

The Millers are set to be without Peter Holmes, who has a persistant toe injury and Marc Joseph is going to be out for six to eight weeks with a kidney virus. Young player Liam King is also set to miss out with a leg injury. The pairing up front of Chris O’Grady and Derek Holmes will probably stay.
