After being released at the end of the season Rotherham United attacker Mickel Miller has found a new club in Plymouth Argyle, when his contract with the Millers ends.


Born in Croydon the twenty-six year old began his footballing career with Carshalton Athletic of the Ishmian League playing around one hundred and fifty games before moving to Scotland and the Scottish Premier League with Hamilton Academical in January 2018.


Mickel joined the Millers in the summer of 2020 making his first appearance away at Birmingham in the September. He played another eight times, which included a red card, before having a loan spell in League One with Northampton Town with Rotherham Boss, Paul Warne, saying he was still part of his plans at Rotherham. This last season Mickel made thirty appearances, one of them in the Papa John’s Trophy at Wembley, while he spent some time in the injury room.
