Rotherham United have agreed a deal for Ross County midfielder Jamie Lindsay the Football Insider reports this evening.
It is well known that the Millers have been ‘after’ the twenty-three year old with it being thought that the Staggies turned down a bid for Lindsay last month.
The Football Insider tells us that the player has been ‘reluctantly’ given permission to travel to South Yorkshire for a medical and that the Scottish side have agreed a six-figure fee, thought to be around the £300,000 mark.
Jamie made just short of fifty appearances for County last season scoring nine times helping them to the Scottish Premiership after topping the Championship.
This might be true – it also might be a bit of speculation with Rotherham United getting money for Semi Ajayi today with him signing for Championship side West Bromwich Albion. And, if it is true, Lindsay, on paper, looks like an he could be an able substitute for Semi – do you think?
