Rotherham United have recalled striker Jamie Proctor from his loan spell with Scunthorpe United but before his feet hit the floor at the New York Stadium he was on his way to non-league side AFC Fylde -subject to EFL ratification.

The twenty-seven year old joined the Millers in the summer of 2017 on a two year deal from Bolton Wanderers but made just a handful of appearances before a crunching collision against Charlton Athletic ended with him having a knee injury and not taking part again that season.

The following season he scored four times in eighteen appearances before he was out again for the rest of that season this time with a hip problem.

Jamie played five times this season before he was sent out on loan to League Two side Scunthorpe United, playing fourteen times and scoring one goal for the Iron.

Jamie has signed for the Coasters, who are currently in the bottom three of the National League, until the end of the season.

All at Vital Rotherham wish Jamie well for the rest of the season.
