Ball Back With Dons

|

Rotherham United’s defensive midfielder Dominic Ball has re-joined Aberdeen until the end of the season.

The former Tottenham Hotspur youth player joined the Millers in August 2016 on a three-year deal. He made thirteen appearances before having a loan spell with Peterborough that didn’t end so well and he was ‘sent home’ with his tail between his legs.

Last season Dom was involved in just two games for Rotherham, the Checkatrade Trophy game against Manchester City U23’s and the Carabao Cup game at Huddersfield before securing a loan deal at the Pittodrie Stadium. He went on to make nineteen appearances for the Dons last season.

The twenty-two year old might have thought his luck had changed at Rotherham after having some playing time in the Millers pre-season games but, subject to EFL, FA and international clearance, Dom is back with Aberdeen until 9th June next year.

All at Vital Rotherham wish Dominic well for the season.
