Vital Rotherham’s Man Of The Month For September

Vital Rotherham United’s Man of the Month for September goes to Ollie Rathbone in a month that saw just three games.

Central-midfielder Ollie joined the Millers from Rochdale in August 2021 and from his energy and obvious love of the game he soon became a fans’ favourite. The twenty-five year old has been involved in ten games this season including all three during September.

Ollie was voted Vital Rotherham’s Man of the Match in our one-all draw at home to Watford with Michael on Twitter calling him the ‘Perpetual motion man’ and New York Nez saying he is ‘our very own action man’ on the forum.

There was a joint Men of the Match in our game at home to Blackpool with both Dan Barlaser and Wes Harding getting the same number of votes while shot-stopper Viktor Johansson got the accolade for our goalless draw away at Middlesbrough.
