Rotherham United goalkeeper, Andy Warrington thought the performance in the two-one win over Dagenham and Redbridge on Saturday was an excellent performance.

Speaking to the Official Site he also thought referee, Clive Oliver made the right decision when he disallowed, what looked like an equaliser for the Daggers for hand ball. ‘There was a lot going on and they were throwing bodies everywhere and I think there was more than one hand ball,’ Warrington said. ‘There was plenty of pushing going on as well and I don’t think there is any doubt that it was the right decision by the referee.’

Warrington arrived at Millmoor last summer and has become a fans favourite and the thirty-one year old has also been impressed with the fans, ‘It’s a great feeling to have your name chanted and it shows that the job you are doing is being appreciated. The fans have been great with me from day one and hopefully we can get the glory days back next season.’
