Rotherham United are set to welcome two players back for the game against Bury tomorrow at Don Valley.

Skipper, Ryan Cresswell played in a behind-closed-doors game against York mid-week and came through it well.

While top scorer, Adam Le Fondre was ‘rested` for the game during the week at Bradford – not even featuring on the bench -but is expected to return tomorrow.

Cress, who hasn`t played since the beginning of December, due to a broken collar bone then a freak training ground injury to his ankle, joined the Millers from tomorrow`s opponents, Bury, in the summer. Speaking to The Advertiser, he said, ‘I missed the game at their place so I want to play and at the end of the game want to walk down that tunnel smiling and say ‘well done, Bury, but hard lines.`

Although the fans were a bit mystified by Alfie`s non-appearance on Tuesday night, Manager, Ronnie Moore told The Star that he expects the striker to ‘come back with all guns blazing` and didn`t include him for the Bradford game because he`s looked a bit ‘jaded lately.`

Moore has also said that Alfie understood his manager`s decision and ‘took it well`.

But, nobody seems to actually have heard Alfie say anything about it at all, do they?
