Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore thinks that the big crowd at Valley Parade may have got to one or two of the officials.

Speaking about the controversial winner, in time added on, for the Bantams, Moore told The Advertiser that it was a ‘cruel way to lose.`

With the game looking like it would be a one-all draw and fans starting to make their way back to cars and coaches, Bradford had a surge forward and substitute, Tom Adeyemi, struck the ball hard and it hit the bar and bounced down.

‘I thought the assistant referee had given offside at first,` Moore said.

‘All of my lads told me it didn`t go over and three of the Bradford lads said the same. They can`t all be wrong. When the ball hit the ball all the Bradford players made a forward run to try and get the re-bound, surely that tells you it wasn`t a goal?

‘It`s difficult to come out and speak afterwards when you see how committed and wholehearted the players were and then have it snatched off them like that was gutting. But, the lads can hold their heads up high and they were very unfortunate not to come away with a win.`

Tuesday`s defeat to City was their sixth defeat in the last eight away games, something which Moore knows he has to address and he carried on, ‘We have a massive game coming up tomorrow and one we have to win.`
