RUFC Stephen Kelly signs in

Rotherham United yesterday signed Stephen Kelly, to the squad. The 32 year old, Dublin born Kelly has joined until the end of the season.
Kelly started his career at Spurs and has stints at QPR, Watford, Birmingham, Stoke, Fulham and Reading. He left Reading at the end of last season, despite being offered a new contract.
Stephen has won 37 caps for Republic of Ireland, the last one in 2013.
A versatile defender, he can play along a back four but is mainly recognised as a right back. At yesterday`s press conference, manager Neil Redfearn hinted he may be used in a more central defensive role
