Rotherham United have had their ups and downs (well, more downs than ups if truth be told) during the summer months. One day we had a club, had a stadium to play in and the next we didn’t. Everyone seemed to be running around in circles from the owner, trying to satisfy the Football League to the fans wanting to know what was happening. But, now, all seems to have been settled and manager, Mark Robins says that it was great to be concentrating on football again after the one-nil win over Lincoln at the weekend.

‘With all the uncertainty, we’ve been down in the doldrums,’ Robins told The Star,’ but, without a shadow of doubt, we have the right man in charge in Tony Stewart. And, I’m pleased, with all the hard work that’s been put in, we were able to start off with a win.

‘Obviously, things are going to take a little time to settle down but I’m sure that good times are round the corner and I reckon there is no better time to be involved with the club.’
