RUFC – Robins delighted

Rotherham United got their first league win since October at Accrington Stanley on Saturday and Manager, Mark Robins, was delighted.

Speaking to The Star, he said, ‘We passed the ball well, especially in the first twenty-five minutes. We had two goals and we could have had at least another two. Stanley threw a lot at us after they went two down but we dealt with it well.

‘Mark Burchill has come back into the side and taken his chances. It was definitely a penalty for his first, it was a clear push. The other two were good goals and I was pleased with Drewe Broughton’s goal at the end.’
