Rotherham United have already ‘upped’ their bid for striker Kieffer Moore Paul Davis of The Star tells us today.

Kieffer was with the Millers on loan from Ipswich Town until the end of December when he returned to his parent club who, it seems, want to sell him.

With other clubs interested in the thirteen goal striker, the Millers put a bid in straight away which they now seem to have increased.

‘I know there are three other clubs in for him,’ Warney told The Star, ‘and we have got a much-improved bid in which, I am led to believe, is one of the best.

‘Kieffer wants to come back and I am well aware of the effect he had on the club.

‘In an ideal world, if I am not going to get Kieffer, I would like to know now, but I have got a funny feeling it will drag on for a few weeks.’
