Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne thought his team were hard to break down in the home draw with Blackburn Rovers on New Years Day.

But Rovers’ Manager Tony Mowbray was frustrated after the game telling their Official Site that his team deserved to win the game.

‘We were frustrated to come in at half time with the scores level. We had the ball kicked off the line three times in the space of five seconds.

‘We are frustrated with the goal we conceded, we invited the pressure in the last few minutes.

‘We played a team today that are confident and physical, they ask questions of you but I thought we generally saw that off today. We deserved to win.’

Mr Mowbray must have been at a different game to me – the Millers were far the better side in the first half. Rovers came at us in the second half but we fought back to get a draw
