Mr Andy Penn from West Midlands.

Mr Penn was promoted to the National list of Referees in season 2002-2003.

Prior to the Christmas period this year he has officiated at 14 games, handing out 35 yellows (2.5 per game) and sending off just 2 players.

He has taken charge at 2 previous Rotherham games, with mixed results for the Millers.
He reffed the brilliant 3-2 away victory at Swindon in February 2006, booking just 1 player.

Mr Penn’s other appointment being the 2-1 home defeat by Preston in April 2005.
Best remembered for being Mick Harford’s Millmoor debut game, the ref showed the yellow 4 times.
