Rotherham United welcome sixth placed Peterborough to the New York Stadium this afternoon along with former Manager Steve Evans.

The Millers lost their game last weekend but are still in fourth spot while the Posh got a point at home against Bristol Rovers.

Peterborough lost their last away game at Oxford while the Millers last home game ended in a one-nil loss to Rochdale.

Vital Quotes:

Paul Warne – Steve has won more games here than I have and he’s bringing a really good side here. If our lads perform to the level we think they can they that should be enough to get a positive result.

Steve Evans – I had three magical years at Rotherham but I want to beat them. The home fans are passionate and the atmosphere will be fantastic.

Rotherham United Team News:

According to Paul Warne everyone is ‘tickety-boo’ coming into this game. Darren Potter is still too short of match fitness to play but will hopefully get a run out in the reserves this week. Marek Rodak will probably start in goal, if not Lewis Price will keep his place.

Player to watch: David Ball

Former Posh player who will want to score against his former club.

Peterborough United Team News:

Jack Baldwin is suspended while Gwion Edwards and Alex Penny are out injured. Central defender Ryan Tafazolli will have a late fitness test after hamstring problems saw him leave the field after just ten minutes last weekend.

Player to watch: Jack Marriott

League One’s top scorer so far this season and will want to add to his twenty nine goals this afternoon
