Rotherham United have announced that six professional players will be released this summer.

The players are goalkeeper Lewis Price, defender Shaun Cummings, striker Jonson Clarke-Harris and young players Mason Warren, Kuda Muskwe and Darnelle Bailey-King.

Price arrived at the New York Stadium in 2016 making nineteen appearances last season but just two this season.

Cummings joined the Millers last summer on a one year deal from Millwall going on to make fifteen appearances, his last being in our three-two loss at MK Dons.

Clarke-Harris arrived at the New York Stadium in 2014 and, at the time, was thought to be the highest Millers transfer. Making around eighty appearances for the Millers he got a bad injury in the pre-season friendly games at the start of the 2016/17 season keeping him out for most of the year. He made nineteen appearances this season in a Rotherham shirt before finishing the season on loan to Coventry helping them to promotion at Wembley.

The three young players came through the Millers Academy and although they have had various loan spells none only Bailey-King has made an appearance for the first team.

All at Vital Rotherham wish the players well in their future.
