Rotherham United are likely to have Eugen Bopp and Gregor Robertson missing from the game at Prenton Park today according to Teamtalk.
Bopp, a flu victim and Robertson,who was injured in the Boxing Day game with Oldham are major doubts.
Pablo Mills looks set to start again after completing 67 minutes against Orient on Saturday.It is unsure if Lee Williamson, a target for Championship side Barnsley, will start or be on the bench. He came on as a substitute on Saturday after being sidelined with a broken toe.
Tranmere will be without goalkeeper John Achterberg and defender Chris McCready.
