Former Bayern Munich trainee, Eugen Bopp, told TEAMtalk that he signed for the Millers because he was made to feel very welcome by the supporters, players and management.
He also said he believes Rotherham United are one of the few sides in League One who play attractive football. ‘There are so many teams in this league who just lump it forward, ‘he said, ‘while we like to play football. This is why I chose the club.`
The six foot tall midfielder played for the Millers in some of the pre season friendlies, after being released by Nottingham Forest. He scored a couple of goals and signed originally on a short term deal.
Asked about how he feels the season will pan out he answered, ‘We just have to keep on doing what we`ve been doing well.`
