Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne told Andy Giddings of Radio Sheffield that he wasn’t in any rush to add players to the squad.

Having added to the squad this week with defender Shaun Cummings the Millers Boss isn’t sure if he needs more players in or if any will be going out.

‘I might bring one or two in but I might not. I don’t want to rock the boat.

‘As I sit here now I’ve got twenty-four players who I’ve got to keep fit.

‘If any of my players come and see me and say they don’t want to compete then they can leave. I think there will be a few players who will be disappointed that they haven’t had any minutes on the pitch yet but that’s the nature of the beast.’

Asked about trialist Manny Onariase, Warney said, ‘He’s doing alright. He’s a good kid whose pretty athletic. I want to watch him again today before I make a decision. But he’s had a good week.’

So will Onariase be wearing a Rotherham shirt soon? Or will Warney decide he’s got enough power in central defence and say ‘thanks but no thanks’?
