Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne says his team have been really good at home so far this season.

The Millers have played seven games in league and cup at the New York Stadium this season winning five of them, scoring twenty-one goals, eighteen of those coming in the league (it took us until January to score that many last season).

‘Before games here I keep telling the lads that this is our house and I want them to make it a bit of a fortress,’ Warney told Radio Sheffield. ‘I want teams to turn up and be a little fearful of who they are playing against.

‘And I think we have done that at home. The way we play I do think that some teams, though not every one, will struggle to play against us.

‘We are scoring late goals but that’s because all the hard work is done in the first sixty to seventy minutes and long may that continue.

‘What we aren’t doing is picking enough points up away from home. At the moment I think my back four are performing admirably but we are trying to put work into them to stop conceding. I’m pretty happy with my centre-halves but I still think that the full-back positions are still there to be nailed down.’
