Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins says he knows what to expect from today’s opponents, Daggenham and Redbridge.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield, he said, ‘When we played them earlier in the season I thought we were unlucky not to be a couple of goals up but in the end we had to claw our way back to a one-all draw. But, we know what to expect from them today. They are experienced throughout the team and they have an experienced Manager. We are looking forward to it.

‘A couple of weeks ago people were talking about a dip in form but you could tell by our performances against Shrewsbury and Bradford that the mental fatigue, if that’s what you want to call it, had disipatated. We have players who are capable of scoring goals and they are now over that bit of mental fatigue that had crept in.

‘We aren’t concerned in what’s happening behind us we are concerned with trying to catch the one above us and, at the moment, that’s Accrington. We’ve got some important games ahead and the next one is always the most important and Daggenham have had a decent Christmas period and, like us, will be confident.’
