The man in charge of our game at Don Valley on Sunday is . . .
Gary Sutton from Lincolnshire
Gary says the highlight of his career so far was when he ran the line for the Division 2 Play Off Final between Bristol City and Brighton in 2002. He has also selected by the Professional Games Match Official Board to referee in the Dallas Cup. He spent most of last season reffing games in the Conference.
The last time Gary was in the middle for a Millers game was in August three years ago at Millmoor when Oldham were the visitors. Craig Rocastle put Oldham one up five minutes before half-time but Ian Sharps, Will Hoskins and Richie Partridge all scored in the second half to give the Millers all three points. Martin Woods and Ian Sharps were booked that day along with Oldham`s Neil Eardley.
Running the line for the game on Sunday at Don Valley will be
D Gratton from Staffordshire
DR Markham from Tyne and Wear
The Fourth Official will be
G Hart from Co. Durham
ooo, we have a doctor line runner, that’ll be handy!!
The Ref actually got demoated to the Conference because he didn’t get enough points from the referee assessor in the stands so he must have worked his way up again
He was probably thinking about the lives he could save Caz!!!
Mr Sutton will have an early start tomorrow – he’s been asked to have a look at the pitch after the U2 concert – make sure it’s fit to play on from all accounts
he was cak as usual
They were dreadful
