Simon was appointed to the National List of Referees in the summer of 2008 and this is the first time he’s been in the middle for a Millers game.
This season, Simon has reffed sixteen games and given out forty-five yellow cards and five red cards – in a recent game between Exeter and Millwall Simon issued seven yellows and a red!
