The man in charge of our game on Saturday at Bradford is . . .

Premiership referee Lee Probert from Wiltshire

Lee’s refereeing career spans almost twenty years and he progressed through local leagues, the football league and was selected to the Select Group of Referees list in 2007, his first Premiership game being at Bramall Lane. Lee was in charge of the 2007 Carling Cup Final at the Millenium Stadium between Arsenal and Chelsea.

Lee was in the middle for our game at Millmoor against Southend in September 2005. Mark Bentley and Adam Barrett put Southend two up in twenty five minutes before Colin Murdock pulled one back for the Millers and on the stroke of half-time Deon Burton converted a penalty for the teams to go in level. In the last five minutes the Millers gave the game to Southend with Wayne Gray scoring two goals, one from the penalty spot. Burton, McLaren and Williamson were booked by Lee Probert.

So far this season Lee has been in charge of twelve games giving out forty-two yellow cards and two reds (Bilyaletdinov of Aston Villa and Everton’s Cuellar).

Helping Lee on Saturday will be

D McCallum from Tyne and Wear and
G Stott from Manchester

and the Fourth Official will be

J Moss from West Yorkshire
