The man in charge of our game on Tuesday night at Accrington is . . .

GJ Sutton from Lincolnshire

Garry took up refereeing at the age of fourteen and says the best game he has been involved in, because of the drama and tension was a Championship semi-final in 2004 between Crystal Palace and Sunderland.

This will be the second time this season that Garry has been in the middle for a Millers game. The first was at Don Valley, for the game after the U2 concert, against Rochdale. Adam Le Fondre popped the first goal in for the Millers against his old club two minutes before half-time only for Chris Dagnall to equalise just before the whistle went. Paul Warne made sure all the points went to Rotherham when he scored on sixty-one minutes.

That day, Garry showed just one yellow card to ‘Dales’ Nathan Stanton.

So far this season, Garry has been in the middle for nineteen games and has shown forty-five yellow and four red cards.

The men running the line on Tuesday will be . . .

G Hilton from Lancashire and
B Gordon from County Durham

The Fourth Official will be . . .

PP Davies from Cheshire
