Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore told MillersPlayer that moving to a new stadium doesn`t always bode well for the home side, just a day before the Millers play Morecambe at their new Globe Arena Stadium.

‘Sometimes I think it can be tougher for the home club when they move to a new stadium,` Moore said, ‘ I mean, last year at Morecambe the changing rooms were awful and the pitch was on a slope, it just wasn`t the best ground in the world. All of a sudden they`ve got a lovely stadium where people want to go and play and the away team will lift themselves another fifteen or twenty per cent.

‘Having said that they`ve opened up with a tremendous result because anybody who beats Coventry have got a decent side and the reports we`ve had from Tuesday is that Morecambe were excellent.

‘They`ve got some decent players in there and we`re expecting nothing but a tough game but we need to go there and impose ourselves on them. I think we are a better team than Morecambe and, if we play well, I think it`s a game that we can win.`
