Rotherham United defender, Mark Lynch, has been given the Christmas present he asked for this week, when he was told he can resume full training from Boxing Day.

Mark went off in the final minutes of the game against Luton in September with, what turned out to be, a dislocated shoulder. It was found he needed surgery on it and in the last few weeks has been able to take part in only non-contact training. His Manager, Mark Robins, told The Star, ‘It’s great news for him. He’s been itching to get back. He’s a naturally fit lad and has been training for a while and will be available if required and I have no worries about putting him in without him having a game.’
