Rotherham United are urging the people of the town to stop smoking by backing the ‘Big Quit’ campaign.

The Millers skipper, Graham Coughlan, talking to the Official Site today said, ‘There is no way you could smoke and play football, you have to really look after yourself. Smoking has a serious effect on your health and giving up is one of the best things you can do to improve your health. I would really encourage people to get in touch with their local stop smoking service to help them kick the habit.’

Zahra Velji is a stop smoking specialist and says she thinks it’s great that Rotherham United are getting behind the campaign.
