Rotherham United physio, Denis Circuit has told MillersWorld about the ongoing injuries at Millmoor.

Stephen Brogan is improving. The operation for the fracture he received was one hundred per cent OK but he developed compartment syndrome. This is when there is a pressure build up which usually happens within the first twenty-four hours of having the operation. In Stephen’s case it was nearly four days before this was diagnosed but he had an operation to relieve the pressure which resulted in him having an open wound. Yesterday morning he had half of the wound sutured and on Thursday morning he will have the other half sutured. Hopefully he will then be allowed home and once we get him back to Rotherham we can get him on the road to recovery. The leg has not been compromised by this little side effect at all.

Ian Sharps was sent home on Saturday morning from Wycombe because he’d been sick all night and we didn’t want him to be around the other lads too much. But he was back training yesterday and is OK

Steven Cann is doing a lot in full training and we hope that he will get a game round about March time.’
