Rotherham United`s first friendly of the season is at Don Valley against Championship side, Leicester City.
The last time the two sides met was in the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy in November 2008 at Don Valley. Drewe Broughton scored the first goal of the game on the stroke of half-time and Dale Tonge made it two-nil to the Millers thirteen minutes after the re-start and the Foxes, that night, had no response.
The teams met four times in the League recently – City won two of those games, the Millers one and one was a one all draw. The Millers` win came on Boxing Day in 2004 at The Walker Stadium, when a goal from Shaun Barker, on thirty seven minutes, gave the visitors all three points.
