Rotherham United take on Scunthorpe in a pre-season friendly tomorrow at Don Valley and they will have a former Miller on trial with them.
Defender, Gavin Gunning, has been given permission by his parent club, Blackburn Rovers, to play for the Iron tomorrow.
The twenty year old, who has U21 caps with the Republic of Ireland, played over twenty games for the Millers while on loan with them from January – June 2010, including a Wembley appearance in the League Two Play-Off Final.
