Rotherham United Manager, Mark Robins, has a bit of a selection problem for this evening’s game at Don Valley – but it’s a problem in a good way, as he has an abundance of players, who are all playing well, to chose from!

One of those players is centre-forward, Mark Burchill, who replaced Drewe Broughton, when he went off with a head injury, on Saturday at Rochdale. The twenty-eight year old certainly looked lively and could have scored a couple of goals and he impressed most of the Millers fans in the crowd.

Burchill joined the Millers in the summer from Dunfermline Athletic but, so far, has only started six games – the last being Boxing Day at Don Valley against Port Vale although he has come on a number of times from the bench. He has scored four goals this season, two against Accrington.

‘Mark is in contention for tonight’s game,’ Robins told The Star. ‘He’s been disappointed not to get a regular place and he is a player who is capable of nailing down a place. But we need to see the same form he showed on Saturday on a regular basis.’
