Rotherham United make the long trek to Essex to take on Southend United at Roots Hall.
The last time the pair met at Roots Hall was in League One in March 2018 when goals from Stephen McLaughlin and Simon Cox gave the hosts all three points although in the final minutes of the game Kieffer Moore saw a header cleared off the line and Richie Towell had a shot that hit the crossbar.
March 2013 saw them meet there in a game which saw Kevan Hurst put the hosts in front on the seventy-third minute with a scorcher of a shot while captain John Mullins equalised for the Millers with two minutes to go.
The last time the Millers won at Roots Hall was in League Two on a Friday night in February 2012. Shaun Harrad had a good debut opening the scoring on nine minutes with an eighty-third Alex Revell goal giving the Millers a two-nil win which was welcome after three defeats.
