Millers midfielder Eugen Bopp not only faces a battle to get his fitness back, but also to stay at Millmoor.
The 23 year old, Kiev born player was signed on a free from Nottingham Forest last summer and has played 31 times for The Millers this season, scoring 5 goals.
However, he hasn’t played for the side since our 3-0 defeat at Northampton in February due to a complex leg injury.
Millers boss Mark Robins has said he would like to keep Bopp at Millmoor as long as he can prove his fitness.
Said Robins, ‘I think Eugen will give us quality in the middle of the park next season.
He’s a match winner.
There’s a deal on the table for him once he’s fit.’
