Rotherham United have kept themselves busy in the forced football shut-down by getting defender Jake Cooper to sign a new deal.

The nineteen year old joined the Millers Academy in 2015 and penned his first professional deal last June for a year which he has now extended making him a Rotherham player until the summer of 2022.

Jake has played in the three Football League Trophy games for Rotherham this season moving out on loan to Gateshead in December originally for a month which was extended until the end of the season. He has made fourteen appearances for the National side scoring twice.

All at Vital Rotherham send our Congratulations to Jake!
