It’s that time again – the last day of the Loan Transfer Window – and Millers fans will be waiting to see when, or if, we actually get anyone in.

At last night’s Fans’ Forum held at the New York Stadium Millers Manager Paul Warne was, obviously, asked about getting someone in and both him and Head of Recruitment Jamie Johnson were constantly looking at their ‘phones while Warney also said either ‘Yates or Towell’ would be excellent for the club.

So, which will it be?

We all know Richie Towell as he helped the Millers get to the Championship in his loan spell with us last season. We know what he can do and he knows what we want him to do. And there were rumours early this morning on social media saying that Richie was on the M1 on his way ‘up North’. To Rotherham or elsewhere?

Ryan Yates is a young lad from Nottingham Forest who came through their youth set-up and isn’t new to loans having already been at Barrow, Shrewsbury, Notts County and Scunthorpe.

Both are midfielders, one obviously more experienced than the other, but both with something to prove to their parent clubs and that’s that they can do it in the Championship.

So, which one will we see in a Millers shirt today – or will we see both – or neither – or someone completely different?
