Rotherham United travel to Stadium MK on Saturday when they take on Russell Martin’s MK Dons.

In charge of this game is Ross Joyce from Cleveland which is just the second time he has been in the middle for a Millers game.

Ross has been refereeing since the age of fifteen when he began in the middle in Cleveland for a junior game and in 2007 he began refereeing in the Blue Square Premier League. The beginning of the 2013/14 season saw him in charge of games in the Football Conference before being appointed to the Football League in August 2015.

The only other time Ross has has the whistle for a Rotherham game was at the New York Stadium for the last game of the 2017/18 season when Blackpool were the visitors. A Will Vaulks goal thirteen minutes into the second half was the only goal of the game with Michael Ihiekwe getting the only yellow card that day.

This season Ross has been in charge of fourteen games showing fifty-eight yellow cards and one red card which was to former Millers loanee Stephen Quinn who is now plying his trade with Burton Albion.

Running the line on Saturday we have Michael Webb and Garry Maskell with the Fourth Official being Alix Pashley.
