Rotherham manager Alan Knill believes his side can avoid the drop after United picked up their second win of the week at Swindon.

The Millers beat Bournemouth 2-0 on Tuesday and twice came from behind to overcome their relegation rivals 3-2 with two goals from striker Martin Butler.

‘We have put two wins together in a matter of days and if you can do that you are in with a chance,’ said Knill.

‘We beat Bournemouth in midweek and that gave us a bit of confidence and I though we deserved the points.

‘Our problems off the pitch are well known but all the squad want to play in the team and for me, as manager, that is an ideal situation.’

The millers entertain bogey team chesterfield at millmoor next saturday.

Heres hoping we can make it a rare double over the spireites after the millers 1 -0 win earlier in the season.
