Vital Rotherham’s Man of the Month for April/May was Grant Ward.

Joining the Millers in the summer on a season long loan Grant has certainly learned a lot to take back to Tottenham Hotspur with him in the forty-three appearances he’s made in a Rotherham shirt. He also helped out on the goal scoring front scoring twice – the first time in October in our two-one home loss to Burnley and on Boxing Day in our four-nil win over Bolton.

Grant was voted Man of the Match for the game away at MK Dons, at home in our goalless draw with Nottingham Forest and in the final two games of the season against Blackburn Rovers and Hull City.

The other three games throughout April saw Lee Frecklington get the vote in our two-one win over Leeds where he scored the opening goal, ‘keeper Lee Camp for his display in our one-all draw away at Bristol City and for our home draw with Huddersfield Town Greg Halford got the most votes.

Well Done Grant – and once again all at Vital Rotherham wish you well for your future (of course, we’d like that to be at least another season with the Millers . . .!)

Thanks to all who voted!
