Rotherham United have three players away on International duty next week.

Winger Chieo Ogbene has been called up for the Republic of Ireland senior squad and will be hoping to get his fourth cap, his first two coming in friendly games in the summer and his last one in a World Cup qualifier game against Azerbaijan where he scored his first international goal.

Having played three times already this season midfielder Shane Ferguson is joining the Northern Ireland squad. He scored the only goal of the game in an international friendly in September against Estonia while playing in two World Cup qualifying games last month against Switzerland and Bulgaria and has over fifty senior caps.

Also having a taste of the international scene is striker Joshua Kayode who will be joining up with the Republic of Ireland U21’s. JJ made his debut for the U21’s in October 2020 scoring on his full debut the following month against Luxembourg U21s.

All at Vital Rotherham wish the lads ‘Good Luck’ with their international games – and please come back injury free!
