The League comes back to Millmoor – albeit on a Sunday with a two o’clock kick-off – and the opponents are Peterborough United.
The last time these two met in the League was seven years ago when Rotherham manager, Mark Robins, scored one of the three goals in a three-nil victory that day.
Millers Manager, Mark Robins, says,’I watched Peterborough play at Southampton on Monday night and they are a very good side. They have a good manager and some quality players. We need to get three points from this game.’
Visiting striker, Aaran McLean, told Posh’s official site, ‘It will be interesting to see who the gaffer picks to play against Rotherham. We have a lot of good strikers at this club – if I do get picked I hope I can take my chances and score.’
Manager, Darren Fergusson, said ‘I saw how dangerous Rotherham can be – I was in the studio with Sky last night. They played some excellent football in the first half.’
